Your contact for individual fitness & health: Sport and exercise have shaped my life for as long as I can remember. My vision has always been to pass on my passion for sport and the fun of an active lifestyle.

By completing my dual degree in health management (2018), I was able to turn my sporting interests into a career and, thanks to the accompanying practical component, I have been gaining a lot of experience as a trainer in the fitness, health and rehab sports sector since 2014. I have been completely self-employed in this field since the beginning of 2020. I mainly work with complex, everyday exercises and training programs that require all coordination and conditioning skills. In 2020, I also discovered yoga for myself in this context, which I have been teaching ever since with my 200 hours of Vinyasa and 100 hours of Yin, as well as pre- and postnatal training.

I love the mixture of functional power workout and holistic relaxation and like to put together different programs.

Susanne Wagner

Body and movement have been Susanne Wagner’s profession for more than 30 years. She has worked her way from the outside in, gaining a multi-layered insight into how protagonists can “work their way up” in hierarchies with commitment, an interest in learning and a lot of practice. With thousands of course participants and clients, she has developed a special ability to recognize patterns of movement and trace them back through the layers to their origin. Only here can change and new things be learned in a meaningful way. She works playfully, creatively, with images, stories and a lot of joy.

For Susanne Wagner, tangible challenges are “potential developments” – if you want to develop your potential with joy, you’ve come to the right place. She specializes in posture, stability and, above all, core training, which can improve the basic quality of any sport. She uses the scientifically based Antara® training as a movement concept for group fitness, because it offers exercises that make sense for a modern lifestyle and because Antara® works.
